Eloxatin Information
Eloxatin is an anti-cancer drug that is an alkylating agent. It is a coordination-complex. It is used for cancer chemotherapy. The drug is used as combination-therapy with 5-FU/LV infusion. The drug is indicated in adjuvant therapy for the treatment of colon cancer which is in stage III; especially in those patients who have had resection of their primary tumor completely.
