    Your order will be shipped as soon as we receive your prescriptions, if you are ordering prescription drugs. You can mail, fax, or email us your prescriptions. As well, we can call your doctor free of charge for your prescriptions which is the fastest method. If you would like us to call your doctor, please provide our Customer Service Representatives with your doctor's name and phone number, or fill it out on your online patient profile.


  2. You will be required to make payment before your prescription order is processed. If you are paying by check, you will need to include a VOIDED personal check and we will debit your bank account for your order.


  3. If you are sending your order by mail then please add seven business days to the overall processing time. We begin processing your order after we receive your form, prescription and payment.
