Option 3: Order By Fax or Mail
You can send in your fax to the following toll free number: 1-866-600-9333; or, you can mail your order to NorthDrugMart.
- Ensure that you fill out all the required details in the Order Form. Fax the form to 1-866-600-9333 or mail it to us at:

After you have emailed or faxed your prescription, kindly mail it to us. Your order will be executed once we received the faxed copy of the prescription. To execute refill orders we would need the original prescription. If you can send us a fax directly from your doctor's office, that will be considered as the original prescription. - You will be required to make payment before your prescription order is processed. You can opt to mail it along with your prescription and forms. If so please attach a cashier's check which is payable to North Drug Mart or alternatively you can attach an international money order.
- If you are sending your order by mail then please add seven business days to the time you want your order to reach you. We begin processing your order after we receive your form, prescription and payment. Your medication will reach you in 14 to 21 business days.
Regardless of the method you choose to order your Canadian prescription drugs, North Drug Mart will only dispense orders that are accompanied by a valid prescription(s) from a licensed physician. As such, we require a valid copy of your prescription with adequate refills on it, which you can mail, fax, or email to us. Please mail us your prescription after you have faxed or emailed it to us. We will process your first order immediately with the faxed prescription, however, we will require the original prescription(s) to send you refills. A doctor's fax is considered an original prescription.
We will process your order in 1-3 business days, upon receiving all of your required information. Given that there are no issues with your order (eg. discrepencies while verifying your prescriptions, processing payment, etc.) you should receive your order within 14-21 business days. If you have not received your order within 2 weeks, please call us at toll free 1-866-600-9222.
