  1. Find your medication. You can either do this by entering the name of the drug above next to "Find Your Medications" and clicking the GO button, or by searching for your drug in our alphabetical drug listing. Just click on the first letter of the medication's name.

  2. Choose your medication, required dosage and quantity from your search results, and then click BUY.

  3. Repeat with each subsequent medication.

  4. When you have located and ordered all of your required medication save them to your shopping cart and click Continue Checkout to process your order.

  5. When you are prompted:
    1. Complete your customer information and correct address
    2. Complete your billing information and confirm that your order is correct.
    3. Choose how you will complete your health profile, either by online, mail, fax or indicate that we should call you back.
    4. Submit your order.


  6. North Drug Mart will send you a confirmation by email that your order has been received. It is vital that you save your confirmation email because it contains your order number and receipt.


  7. Keep in mind that we can only fill orders that have a valid prescription written by a physician. We require that you fax, mail or email us a copy of your prescription so we can complete your order. Another option is to have us contact your doctor for your prescription. You can indicate for us to do this by selecting the option "Call My Doctor" during your registration.


  8. It is imperative that you mail your hard copy prescription to us once you have faxed or emailed it to us; or, after you have faxed or emailed your prescription to us, we will contact your doctor(s) for fax authorization, to try and get your medication to you in the shortest time possible. Please take the time to make sure your doctors name and phone number are on your prescription, or add them into you patient profile. A fax from your doctor's office is considered an original prescription.


Irrespective of the order method that you choose at North Drug Mart, please note that we can only dispense prescription medication if it is accompanied by a valid prescription from a licensed physician. We require an original, hard copy of the prescription with appropriate refills. You may submit this information initially via mail, fax or email to us. Once you have faxed or emailed your prescription(s), however, it is necessary that you mail the hard copy in to us. We will contact your doctor(s) for fax authorization, to try and get your medication to you in the shortest time possible. Processing time for you order is between 1 and 3 business days once we have received your information. If there are no problems with your order, such as conflicting information upon verification of your prescription or a problem with your payment, you order should arrive at your doorstep in 14-21 business days.
