Myleran Information

Myleran is an alkylating anti-neoplastic drug. It belongs to the alkyl-sulfonate drug class. It is used in the chemotherapeutic treatment. It is used as palliative treatment in patients with chronic myelogenous leukemia. These may include myeloid, granulocytic and myelocytic types of leukemia. The generic drug primarily acts by preventing the synthesis of DNA as well as transcription of RNA in the affected-DNA. Secondly, it induces cross-links and damages the DNA, which prevents the separation of DNA for synthesis and transcription. Lastly, the drug induces mis-pairing and results in mutations. This is a prescription drug. Cheap Myleran can be ordered and obtained from any leading pharmacy store.
