Dostinex Information

Dostinex is a long-acting and potent agonist of dopamine D2 receptors. It is a derivative ergot. It is used for the treatment of patients with hyper-prolactinemic disorders. These disorders maybe a result of pituitary adenomas or maybe idiopathic in nature. The generic drug exerts a direct effect on the D2 receptors. It affects the anterior pituitary which is responsible for the secretion of prolactin. It acts by inhibiting the prolactin secretion from the pituitary. Thus, the drug acts by decreasing the levels of prolactin in the body. Several contracted pharmacies have cheap Dostinex but it also requires a prescription from the doctor.
