Whether you choose Option 1, 2 or 3 in order to purchase your medications, North Drug Mart will only approve orders that are accompanied by a prescription that was written by an accredited physician. When submitting your prescription, please mail, fax or email a copy of the prescription. If you fax or email the prescription, we require that you mail the original prescription to us. We will process your initial order upon receipt of your prescription through fax or email; however, if you require refills, we would need the original prescription in our records. We do accept a doctor's fax in lieu of an original, mailed prescription.

Processing time for you order is between 1 and 3 business days once we have received your information. If there are no problems with your order, such as conflicting information upon verification of your prescription or a problem with your payment, your order should arrive at your doorstep in 14 to 21 business days.
